Over 100,000 downloads for Kronans Apotek’s app

At Oriola, we offer a wide range of digital services to our customers. In Sweden, over 100,000 users have now downloaded Kronans Apotek’s app. The app has received good ratings from users and its customer-focused development work continues.

In the development of the app, we worked extensively with prescription customers and focused on making their overall prescription management as simple as possible. Kronans Apotek's customers value for example the personal counseling on prescription medicines available through the app, and the ability to easily see which pharmacy currently has the medicine in stock. Customers can, among other things, see and manage the prescriptions of their entire family – including pets, through the app.
