Dividend

Oriola’s aim is to pay out an increasing annual dividend of 2/3 of net profit.

The Annual General Meeting (19 March 2024) resolved that a dividend of EUR 0.07 per share shall be paid on the basis of the balance sheet adopted for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. The dividend is paid to shareholders registered in the company's shareholders register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the dividend record date 21 March 2024. The payment date of the dividend is 11 April 2024.
