The main mission of investor relations at Oriola is to support the correct valuation of Oriola’s shares by providing information on matters concerning Oriola’s operations and operating environment, strategy, objectives and financial situation, so that capital market participants can form a balanced view of Oriola as an investment.
The goal of investor relations at Oriola is to provide correct, adequate and up-to-date information regularly and impartially to all market participants.
In its investor communications, Oriola complies with the laws and recommendations that regulate the communications of listed companies.
Silent period
Oriola observes a minimum thirty-day silent period preceding the publication of its interim reports and financial statements. Oriola may observe a longer silent period, where the timing of publication of an interim report or the financial statements call for it. The beginning of the silent period will be included in the Investor calendar. During the silent period Oriola refrains from making any contacts or comments to investors, analysts and the media about the company’s business prospects, financial results, or projections. If an event that occurs during the silent period requires immediate publication, Oriola will publish the said information without delay, subject to the regulations governing its duty of disclosure, and may comment on the said event.
