Oriola Corporation's Annual Report, Financial Statements 2018 and the Report of the Board of Directors is published

Oriola Corporation has today published its Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements and Annual Report for 2018. Oriola’s Annual Report 2018 comprises of two separate publications, Oriola Today and Financial review. Oriola Today gives an overview of Oriola as a company, our business, sustainability work and our way forward. The financial review includes the Report of the Board of Directors, financial statements as well as information about shares and shareholders, key figures and financial development. Both publications are published in English and in Finnish.

The Corporate Governance Statement has been published on 22 February 2019 and the Remuneration Statement on 25 February 2019 on the company's website at https://www.oriola.com/investors/corporate-governance.
