Oriola Corporation's Financial Statements 2020 and the Report of the Board of Directors is published

Oriola Corporation has today published its Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements for 2020. The Financial review includes the Report of the Board of Directors, financial statements as well as information about shares and shareholders, key figures and financial development. For the first time, Oriola publishes the Financial review in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements of the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL markups. KPMG Oy Ab, authorised public accountants, has provided an independent assurance report with limited assurance for Oriola’s ESEF compliant financial statements. The assurance has been completed in accordance with the international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000 (revised).

Oriola reports its sustainability information for 2020 in two parts. The non-financial information included in the Board of Directors’ report covers sustainability key themes according to the Finnish Accounting Act. Later in the second quarter of 2021, key sustainability data and time series will be reported in compliance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) core level. The environmental data has been assured by a third party (limited assurance).
