Birgitta Gunneflo appointed as new Managing Director of Kronans Droghandel AB in Sweden

Ms. Birgitta Gunneflo, B.Sc. (Biochemistry), 49 years, has been appointed
Managing Director of Kronans Droghandel AB (KD). Gunneflo will be responsible
of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Trade business in Sweden. Gunneflo will start in
her new position on the 4th of September 2006 and will be a member of Oriola-KD
Group's Management Team. Gunneflo has a wide background of pharmaceutical
business and she joins Oriola-KD from Phadia AB (previously Pharmacia
Diagnostics AB) where she held a position of Marketing Director being
responsible for the company's global marketing operations. 

The acting Managing Director of Kronans Droghandel AB, Mr. Ove Käll will
continue in his current position responsible for Healthcare Logistics -business
in Sweden and will leave the membership of Oriola-KD Group's Management Team as
Birgitta Gunneflo starts in her new position in the company on 4th September
2006.
