Demerging Orion publishes Listing Particulars of new Orion and Oriola-KD

Stock Exchange Releases 21.06.2006 09:34 The Listing Particulars of the new companies, Orion Corporation and Oriola-KD Corporation, which will result from the demerger of the present Orion Corporation on 1 July 2006, are published today, 21 June 2006, by the demerging Orion. The shares of the new companies will be listed on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange as of Monday, 3 July 2006. The Listing Particulars of Orion Corporation will be available in a pdf format on the Internet websites www.orion.fi and www.mandatum.fi as of today. A printed version is available and can be ordered from Orion's Head Office and the branch offices of Sampo Bank. It is also available from the 'OMX way' service office of the Helsinki Stock Exchange, address Fabianinkatu 14, 00130 Helsinki. The Listing Particulars of Oriola-KD Corporation will be available in a pdf format on the Internet websites www.orion.fi, www.oriola.com and www.mandatum.fi as of today.
