financial statements for 2006 on Thursday, 1 February 2007. 

The publication dates of the Interim Reports in 2007 are as follows:
Interim Report 1-3/2007 on Tuesday, 24 April, 2007
Interim Report 1-6/2007 on Tuesday, 24 July, 2007
Interim Report 1-9/2007 on Tuesday 23, October 2007.

Oriola-KD Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 13
March 2007 in Helsinki.
