Trading in the demerging Orion's shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange ends today, 30 June 2006

Stock Exchange Release 30 June 2006 at 09.00 a.m. The present Orion Corporation will demerge into two new companies, Orion Corporation and Oriola-KD Corporation on 1 July 2006. Trading in the Class A and Class B shares of the demerging Orion will end today, 30 June 2006, on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. On Monday morning 3 July 2006, the demerging Orion's shares will not be traded in the Post Trading Session II. The first trading day for the Class A and Class B shares of the two new companies will be 3 July 2006.
