Publishing of Oriola-KD Corporation's financial statements for 2006

Oriola-KD Corporation will publish Pro forma review for 1-12/2006 and the
financial statements for 1 July - 31 December 2006 on Thursday, 1 February 2007
at 8.30 a.m. 

Oriola-KD Corporation will organise a meeting for investors, analysts and the
press on Thursday, 1 February 2007 at 10.00 am. at Hotel Seurahuone Helsinki,
Cabinet 35, Kaivokatu 12, Helsinki, Finland. 

A teleconference on the financial information will be held by Oriola-KD
Corporation on the same day starting at 4.00 pm Finnish time, tel. + 358
