Oriola-KD has made the closing of the Russian acquisition

Oriola-KD Corporation has completed the closing of the transaction to
acquire Russian pharmaceutical retail and wholesale companies Vitim &
Co and Moron Ltd on 21 April 2008. As part of the acquisition a
Finnish company under the name Foreti Oy has been founded which fully
owns the Moscow-based pharmacy retail company Vitim and the
pharmaceutical wholesale company Moron. Oriola-KD's share of Foreti
Oy after the transaction is 75 percent and the founders of Russian
companies Igor Yankov and Oleg Yankov have together a 25 percent
share of Foreti Oy.
