Oriola-KD signs letter of intent with four pharmacy chains in Sweden on purchasing, warehousing and pharmacy distribution of OTC products and traded goods

Oriola-KD's Swedish pharmaceutical wholesale business, Oriola AB has signed a
letter of intent with Apoteksgruppen, DocMorris, Medstop and Vårdapoteket on
purchasing, warehousing and pharmacy distribution of OTC and traded goods
products. The pharmacy chains signing the letter of intent had a combined market
share of some 25 percent of the Swedish pharmacy market in 2011.(KPMG report
01/2012)
The target is to sign co-operation agreements with the pharmacy chains during
the second quarter and to start the co-operation in the autumn of 2012.
