Jukka Mäkelä, M.Sc. (b. 1963), has been appointed Vice President, Development of
Oriola-KD Corporation and member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team as of 1
April 2013. Mr. Mäkelä will be responsible for the Group's strategic development
programs, the Group's IM and Logistics and Quality Development functions as well
as Group strategy process.
Mr. Mäkelä has extensive experience in large scale change program management. He
has worked for Accenture during 1990-2011 as a consultant and Business Unit
Executive Director (partner) responsible for Retail & Wholesale and
Manufacturing Industries. Recently he has worked for Aedi Oy as partner and CEO.
