Oriola-KD Corporation (business code 1999215-0) has received a disclosure under
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total
percent of shares of Mariatorp Oy on 18 September 2014 has exceeded the
threshold of 5 percent of the Oriola-KD Corporation's share capital and total
number of voting rights has exceeded the threshold of 5 percent of voting rights
of Oriola-KD Corporation.
