Code of Conduct
Oriola’s Code of Conduct provides guidance and support in our daily work and decision-making and applies to everyone at Oriola. It fosters a shared understanding and a culture of doing the right thing and a way of working based on law and good corporate governance, openness and fairness.
The Code of Conduct also reflects Oriola’s commitment to sustainability, integrity, and professional quality. It includes areas such as human rights, leadership, learning and development, responsible sourcing, and data protection and information security.
Oriola is committed to equality, ensuring recruitment and career opportunities are based on expertise and skills, regardless of cultural background, age, gender, or religion. All employees are expected to adhere to confidentiality obligations, avoid conflicts of interest, and uphold the principles outlined in the Code of Conduct.
To ensure the Code of Conduct remains an integral part of our culture, all employees receive training as part of their onboarding and are required to refresh the training annually. Oriola also provides a confidential whistleblowing channel for reporting concerns or suspected breaches. The Code of Conduct has been approved by Oriola’s Board of Directors.
